So many times in my life time I have seen the sufferings of my Christian brothers and sisters and my heart is burdened. With tears, as in this flesh I stand, the only hope I have as I have been told by God’s Word, to bear the burdens of others is to drop on my knees before Almighty God and lift up these sufferings and burdens to the only One who can give us our deliverance. As I go to His Holy Word for relief and comfort God will open up by His Spirit the refreshing words I seek and will lift me up to a level of deliverance I have felt before and set my spirit free.
Because sin has been condemned in the flesh, the final deliverance will be when we shed this robe of flesh and forever be with the LORD. I am sure that is accepted by everyone who is in Christ. But wait a minute; if I am still in this flesh, is there not deliverance for me now? Let us go to God’s Word and by His Spirit find the answer to this very important question.
Not only do I intercede for the sufferings of ones I love in Christ, but I am reminded; we do not know how to pray as we should. Jesus said I will not leave you as orphans; I will never leave you or forsake you. What is so neat about that is we have all Three. God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit.
The Holy Spirit Intercedes For Us
Romans 8:26-27(NASB)
26 In the same way the Spirit also helps our weakness; for we do not know how to pray as we should, but the Spirit Himself intercedes for us with groaning’s too deep for words; and He who searches the hearts knows what the mind of the Spirit is, because He intercedes for the saints according to the will of God.
When the Holy Spirit prays, I believe He prays in a spiritual tongue that only the Father can understand. Groaning’s too deep for words. And He, God, Who searches our Hearts, knowing what the mind of the Spirit is, knows that the Spirit intercedes for the saints according to the will of God. What we often forget is the Father knows and understands and will come to us with deliverance right where we are at. God also gives us deliverance because:
We are called according to His Purpose
Romans 8:28-30(NASB)
28 And we know that £God causes all things to work together for good to those who love God, to those who are called according to His purpose.
29 For those whom He foreknew, He also predestined to become conformed to the image of His Son, so that He would be the firstborn among many brethren;
30 and these whom He predestined, He also called; and these whom He called, He also justified; and these whom He justified, He also glorified.
Whatever the case may be, God has His way and causes all things to work together for good to those who love God. He has predestined us to become conformed to the image of His Son, so that He would be the firstborn among many brethren; and these whom He predestined, He also called; and these whom He called, He also justified; and these whom He justified, He also glorified. It is good to know that we have been Glorified in Jesus. If we are so blessed by God and if we’re blessed in Jesus:
He Will also with Him Freely Give Us All Things.
Romans 8:31-34(NASB)
31 What then shall we say to these things? If God is for us, who is against us?
32 He who did not spare His own Son, but delivered Him over for us all, how will He not also with Him freely give us all things?
33 Who will bring a charge against God’s elect? God is the one who justifies;
34 who is the one who condemns? Christ Jesus is He who died, yes, rather who was £raised, who is at the right hand of God, who also intercedes for us.
God went all the way. He who did not spare His own Son, but delivered Him over for us all, how will He not also with Him freely give us all things? There is no one to bring charges against God’s elect. God is the One who justifies: there is no one to condemn for Christ Jesus is He who died for us and has been raised and sits at the right hand of God. And speaking of deliverance:
Jesus Also Intercedes For Us: see Romans 8:34.
We have such a Mighty God who loves us, cares for us, and takes us all the way. Our sufferings and pains are real, but with brothers and sisters: and we do not always know how to pray as we should; but you have Godly Intercession; the Holy Spirit, who intercedes for the saints according to God’s Will; and Jesus Christ our Savior. There is Deliverance with Power. The rest of the scripture is just extra blessing.
But in all these things we overwhelmingly conquer through Him who loved us.
Romans 8:35-39(NASB)
35 Who will separate us from the love of £Christ? Will tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword?
36 Just as it is written, “For Your sake we are being put to death all day long; We were considered as sheep to be slaughtered.”
37 But in all these things we overwhelmingly conquer through Him who loved us.
38 For I am convinced that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor things present, nor things to come, nor powers,
39 nor height, nor depth, nor any other created thing, will be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.
May my deliverance always be in Christ
As Always IN HIS GRIP
